This family estate, deep in the Languedoc, dates back to the 19th century, and wine has been made here since 1904.
The 20th century has been spanned by 3 successive generations of the family.
In 1998, Philippe Chesnelong took on the mantle of the tradition, with the ambition of expressing the full potential of the terroir, and bringing to the world a great Mediterranean wine.
He is partnered by his cousin Louis Mitjavile, whose special expertise is vinification and maturation.
Bernard Séguier presides over the estate with an enthusiasm that is equalled only by his uncompromising insistence on perfection.
